Sakura House @ Sungai Duyong

A few weeks back during CG we when to "Sakura House" @ sungai duyong with a combine CG with Esther Siow.

1st of all, how to go to that place? From "Pantai Hospital" traffic light go straight to "Bukit Katil", first traffic light turn right, next traffic light turn left, after shop lots turn right go straight into housing area and you are there. Pretty easy but the distance between the traffic light is quite far. In simple:

As the name suggested "Sakura House", it is definitely a Japanese house serving Japanese stuff. Indeed, it is famous for their Bento set there. Their menu has many kind of sets from set A-Z, I couldn't really recall what's my set name but it's something like "Crispy Chicken Bento".


Please excuse me with so many photo on the same set, I was playing with my new f/1.8G lens XD Each picture was focus on difference focusing point.

Later on I realize they have other finger food, and the thing that 1st struck me was the "Onigiri" or in simple it's called: Japanese Rice Ball.
Risking it would be just a plain rise ball, I'd never thought of how it'll taste like, I only know this food because it always appeared in the Manga and always looks so tasty to the character. KeeWeng was saying the reason why it always come out in Manga is because it's the easiest drawing, triangle with a piece of black seaweed.. hahaha..

When it came to my table I was so excited about it, making a cute cute face and holding it like the one draw on Manga, then I put it in my mouth and give it a bite. It was such a surprise when inside of the "Onigiri" contained salmon.
I quickly put it back to the plate and quickly take out my camera and give it a best shot!

Sully seeing it looks so tasty, he straight ordered a plate of it.

Later before we leave the place, I noticed a certificate on the wall.
The owner is a real chef with certificate in Hospitality, but why they don't operate in shop but in house? Who cares when they serve good food.

Best of all, the price is much Cheaper than Sushi King, and the taste is Compete-able with Sushi King, and best of all no uncook rice compare to Sushi king!
