Enough of 'crap', let's start the day with dinner. Why dinner? Because they reaches Ipoh around Dinner time, smart! =D
When out-station people think of Ipoh for dinner, they will think of "nga choi gai". Well, because it is too common, and they had that before, I bought them to this famous claypot 'lou su fen".

Fried the meat until all the taste come rushing out.
In seperate pot boil the soup.
Mix together and pooopss! It become golden color!The add "liao" process:
I call this the add "liao" process because while I was taking pictures, the aunty (she still young ok!) says she remember me! Wow, I mean, wow! I don't remember though. She says that my dad or grandpa use to bring us over there alot, us mean my sisters and I. Then I said, aunty, you should then make it more gempak for us. She agreed and then she add meat for us! Yes! More pork! XD*all cooking process are done by charcoal but not gas.

Before stir: When the pot came to us, the uncle(younger than the young aunty ok!) break two eggs into the pot. We suppose to stir it while the egg still not yet cook with the hot-ness of the pot, but...
After stir: But we all blaiming this Malaccan for taking too long to snap picture, end up all the egg not evenly mix in with the soup but was cooked before we stir it. Sorry dude, have to mention.. hehe..And that was our dinner on the first day, we went to somewhere else after that. Next post maybe. =)
I suppose to have alot of emo things to say but I forgot after I finish this post.
Anyway, This three weeks of study is like forever. Slowly I was waiting for this day to come but it is so.. so.. so.. slow, days that passed seems to had happened so long ago, and I still stuck here with my idiot self and lousy piece of mind.
I can't promise but I'll try to do two(2) post every week can? All I can say, This semester is challenging! Very the CHALLENGING!! Please pray for me ok =)
Oh yea.. God is good! Last week during prayer meeting, for the first time I ask people to pray for my old injury (it keeps coming back now a day), and on the day after, I felt so much better, my pain was released, before that I was thinking that I might wanna go for physiotherapy (which is very costly), but it needs no more for now. Praise Him!
